Selling my house

I am selling my house and this is the easiest way to get this out! For my friend I'm posting these for, the only thing not done in these pictures is the back door. The new one is going in tomorrow. I can't seem to load pictures right now but will try at lunch. Updated things: Heat pump is 1 year old. House has always been serviced by Adams Heating and Air Deck is 2 years old Asphalt drive put in March / April 2016 House painted and exterior repairs completed in August 2016 Front door replaced in July 2016. Interior completely painted - just completed. Flooring replaced in mud room, den, entry way, kitchen and dining room last week. Remaining carpets will be cleaned in the next few weeks Stove is new - replaced this summer Hot water heater replaced in October Granite countertops this week. All appliances staying Fridge is 3-4 years old Dishwasher is about 7 years Washer / Dryer maybe 5 years? Will be lawn equipment in the shed - push start mower, battery powered weed wacker and corded blower all purchased in 2016. All toilets replaced in 2015 and are comfort height. Faucets replaced in last few months.
